In 1961 there were multiple changes made in the LARK. The hood and Cowl were lowered and flattened to improve driver vision, the Regal model sported dual headlamps. The rear quarter panels, rear deck, “C” posts and back lights were changed that year. Underneath the hood they offered a over-head-valve six with 170-cubic inch producing 112 horsepower, or they offered on all models 180 horsepower 259-cubic-inch V-8.
